Communication # 2 : Get a team of helpers,

Hi all,
Running a soccer team is a big job and it is impossible for 1 or 2 people to do alone. The more parents that pitch in and carry the load the better it is for everyone. So i have therefore kindly listed all positions that need to be filled:
- First Aid person – It is a massive help having a designated person to deal with any injuries, at training (if possible) but especially at games.
- Assistant Coach(es) – The best way for players to develop technique is in small groups. However small groups need to be managed, and this requires an extra pair of eyes. Also i may need someone to fill in for me sometimes (a training session or a game), so knowing there is always a cover will be of great benefit to the team. The more assistant coaches there are the better. It means the load can be shared.
- Match Referees : <applies to miniroos> We need someone to referee home games. I understand not everyone will be comfortable with this, but it is a necessity. If there are no vounteers then we will have put together a roster.
- Match day set/pack up : Sometimes we will need to set the pitch up or pack it down. Any parents not involved in the above will need to become part of this team.
